All maintenance and roof leak repairs adhere to specifications and guidelines prescribed by the manufacturer and The National Roofing Contractors Association. The longevity of a roof system depends upon repairs performed by knowledgeable service professionals that have been trained and versed to proper applications to address moisture intrusion issues. Manufactured Materials for the specific roof system should be used at all times, and no alternates should be accepted. Each manufacturer’s product has components that are designed for obtaining optimum bonding that will meet warranty duration periods. When information is not available and the roof system can not be identified, products that are compatible and accepted by NRCA can be used.
